The Great Lakes Tree crew had the job estimated and completed within three hours of my initial call. The entire crew was professional—making sure not to block the public roadway and taking care to protect the driveway and surrounding areas. Everyone I spoke to at the company was friendly, informative, and most importantly, RESPONSIVE every step of the way. They even went the extra mile by helping clean up some of the mess the utility company left behind after repairing the power line. With all the variables and equipment involved in tree trimming and removal, their pricing felt perfectly fair and right in line.
